Miyuki Takahashi (高橋みゆき Takahashi Miyuki, born 25 December 1978) is a Japanese volleyball player who plays for NEC Red Rockets. Miyuki Takahashi also plays for the All-Japan women's volleyball team and participated at the 2004 and 2008 Summer Olympics. Her nickname is SHIN (心 Shin). She was the captain of the Japanese volleyball team during the Volleyball World Championship.
Shin is a Best Server (World Grand Champion Cup 2001), 2004 Olympic Qualifier "Best Spiker" and she's 2005 FIVB World Grand Prix "Best Scorer".
I saw the list for the 2009 FIVB Grand Prix, she is not there anymore. I will truly miss her. I have admired her skills from the first time I saw her play in 2001 in World Grand Champion Cup . She's one of a kind. Hope I can see her again playing volleyball...... She will always be the best..,

I was not able to see or watch her games during Beijing Olympics 2008, due to work...Last week I watched her games via youtube(Thanks to youtube), and I can say that nothing's change... she still have the same skills that I admired since 2001... I created a video for her.. Hope that she can see this video.
